Third party auth is not working. Includes CASSIE, Libby, OverDrive, and self-checkout stations. Update from 24.04 to 24.11.
Hi there :) I believe your issue is a separate bug or configuration issue. Are you self hosted or do you have a support commpany you could contact? For community support, please try the mailing list or community chat. Important information to include is how you are authenticating with those vendors. I guess it might be SIP2, as you say it also affects your self check stations. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. You are the assignee for the bug.

Hello, I would like to add to this bug as I'm having the same issue when trying to use SSO on the OPAC.
Hi, please reach out in one of the other support channels first - like the mailing list or the Mattermost chat. If you have a support provider, they might be the first you want to talk to. But in order to help you, we will need more information: which version, with authentication method (Koha supports multiple SSO methods), what the error is etc. For the installation issue: as we have 24.11.15 now and no further reports - does this need to remain open? Has the issue been solved or fixed? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. You are the assignee for the bug.
