So, how would duplication be dealt with at the patron side? Say they register for a second account, they can't use the e-mail alone, as several members of the household may be registered under the same e-mail address. Should it be a combination of e-mail address and name, or just name? What if the name is one off? Say they spell it slightly different, or extra spaces?
