Sometimes the bullet points are very close together, making it hard to read (imo). Would remaking it with headings like the system preferences be better? It would also have the advantage of being able to point directly to one permission from elsewhere in the manual. It's a yes from me. We're already heading (hehe) that way for other sections - like the list of notices [https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=35855] Using headings to make it easier to navigate the page and anchors to link directly to the relevant section are a big plus.
