One of Z39.50 server credentials are below for Library of Congress. Hostname: lx2.loc.gov Port: 210 Database: LCDB Encoding: utf8 Syntax: MARC21/USMARC Can you please let us know the possible reasons of this error and how can we fix this issue ?
