Hi Zang,
Have a look in your /usr/local/koha/log/koha-error_log file (or equivalent) for the output of your warns.
If you need more mysql specific info try turning on the mysql logging,
by uncommenting this line, in your /etc/mysql/my.conf
#log = /var/log/mysql/mysql.log
then tail -f the /var/log/mysql/mysql.log
