koha-testing-docker OK with master after I pulled new KTD images, but I
wonder if updatedatabase.pl has a problem for upgrades.

Hi all (and Chris),
I might be mistaken but I don't think that I'm receiving Bugzilla CC emails.
My last CC email seems to have been on 2021-04-06.
I'm getting emails via koha-devel and koha-bugs but no direct emails. It
looks like the Bugzilla upgrade was on 2021-04-07 and there were some mail
issues then too but they were resolved?
Are other people getting direct emails from Bugzilla?

Bugzilla wasn't upgraded. Just Ubuntu underneath it, but it could well
be that the MTA is behaving differently.

News criteria:
* News items can be of any length.
* Images are fine.
* Anything and everything Koha.
* Submit by the 26th of the month.
For events:
* Please include dates for past events. If I can't find dates I may not
add it.
* Announcements for future events with dates to be announced are fine,
e. g. Kohacon.
* For past events, one month back is the cut-off.
If you are working on an interesting project or development related to
Koha, please let me know and I'll include it in the development section.
