At Katrin’s request, I’ve drafted a little RFC for the API endpoint I want to make for importing OAI-PMH records into Koha as bibliographic records: https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=25905.

I don’t know if it’s ready to go to a dev meeting or if people can give me feedback via email, but here you go:
