This repo (https://github.com/ai4libraries/koha-status-monitor) needs to use a few more services, so it would make a sense to maintain a package:

• Koha Status Monitoring and notifications
• Periodic email summaries
• Automated database and config backups (SQL and tar) and upload in Google Drive of the organizations

I use Nagios4 in Ubuntu 24.04 for that.

I'll include excerpts of my Nagios config for those who are curious.  This Koha Status Monitor is probably a lot easier to setup.
