Josh, you should already have 4 patches from me in queue to remedy these (but probably not all) label problems.  I spent a dozen or more hours debugging this in support of our clients.  I would be happy to do QA for version 3.2's labels code, where I would expect a total overhaul.

Just tested on 3.00.00.075.

I can confirm adding patrons to a batch isn't working, the search box for
searching for patrons in a batch isn't working.

Sample data in the patron batch appears to have 9 items, but none of them
display when you go to edit it.

Templates seem to be working, though there is no default template for printers.

I know a few people have worked on this recently (Joe, Chris N., Ryan, Owen),
any volunteers to do a bit of QA and cleanup on it?
