At the moment, nobody has yet volunteered to be RMaint for 3.8.x.  Given that the number of bugfixes trickling down that far has slowed significantly, it seems reasonable to de-support 3.8.x when 3.14 is released, but I thought I would pose the question: is anybody keen to keep that branch going?
