Koha's OPAC is web based.  Therefore it has no relationship to your local or LAN printers.  Koha *cannot* manage printers on the other side of the internet. 

You can use 3rd party management software that authenticates to your LDAP (or to Koha via SIP2) from EnvisionWare, or perhaps Novell.  But basically you should be looking at additional software for this functionality.

I want to manage printing process at our library. We are using Koha 3.0.3 and OpenLDAP for authentication. We want to control number of prints allowed to each patron.

How it is possible?
