Attention!!! Stefano Bargioni

The JQuery script (http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/JQuery_Library#Add_VIAF_autosuggest_for_new_NAME_authorities) for integrating Koha with VIAF is not working in Koha 3.16.x (tested from 3.16.1 to 3.16.3).
