Hi, we are using Koha-3.0.5. We are facing a problem for those patrons who had outstanding fines. After completing the fine, he/she cannot issue any book. I mean, after entering the barcode of the book, there is no confirmation window coming!!! I cannot see any window like: &quot;Please Confirm Checkout&quot;!!! In systempref, &quot;noissuescharge&quot; is set to 5.<br>
