They are in /koha-tmpl/default/fr/includes.

Hi Paul, I don't see them in the directory. They are the same as the
english files (*.gif entries are still there).

Maybe they are now. It was a too big commit, and was delayed until moderator approval.
Note they are in /koha-tmpl/intranet/default...
(forgot intranet in 1st mail)

Note that gif entries are still there for 2 reasons :
* i don't have change /en/ directory, so they still are needed.
* i will turn on vacuum cleaner before 2.0RC1 !
