I tried to use a package "koha-common" (stable 3.2.x) for library with Unimarc-records.
Probably, the command "koha-create" work good only with marc21-specific.
Editing record.abs and others not gave effect and I published a bug: 
http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=6172

The generation of two (or more) different instances with "koha-create" for unimarc and marc21 (and languages) would be very good.

Probably could be a problem with marc21/unimarc agreement the choice Marc-standard when creating the instance (koha-create) and the web installer.
