I keep getting error message, “Telnet Login timed out at SIPServer.pm line 220”.

Has anyone seen this error or know what it is?

I don’t think it is because I have the wrong branch listed in my SIPconfig.xml, because it has worked before, but all of a sudden, it has stopped working.

This is from a git koha install, vers 3.10. I have used all possible institution ID’s that I can think of, and it still doesn’t work.

Is there something else going on here?
