My apologies, Chris. You had mentioned before that it was the OS and not the app.

I just checked Bugzilla manually and I see half a dozen bugs where I should've received emails, but they're not in my inbox and they're not in my spam trap.

I am guessing that other people must be getting their CC emails though. Can you check the MTA logs to see what the email failures might be?

Bugzilla wasn't upgraded. Just Ubuntu underneath it, but it could well be that the MTA is behaving differently.

For example, last night at 2021-04-13 11:52pm Australia/Sydney time, I received an email with a subject of “[Koha-bugs] [Bug 11361] Add a Z39.50 search page in the OPAC to let members search for records on remote Koha instances”. I get those emails since I’m part of the koha-bugs@lists.koha-community.org listserv.

However, I should have also gotten an email with a slightly different subject of “[Bug 11361] Add a Z39.50 search page in the OPAC to let members search for records on remote Koha instances”, which should have been sent directly to me, since I have a CC alert on that bug. I never received that email.

Having a look through the mail server logs on this end to see if it's a problem over here, but the timing coincides with the Bugzilla server upgrade. Could still be an issue on my end I guess where the Bugzilla server MTA is more picky than before, but I don't know...
