Dear Koha community,

The BULAC (http://www.bulac.fr/) would like Koha feature on-site checkout to have its own quotas, independent from regular checkout with its own column “Current on-site checkouts allow” added to the circulation matrix. We would like to sponsor developers on this.

An entry has been made in the official Koha Bugzilla: Bug 14045 (http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=14045). The developers work must be published there following the official workflow (http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/SubmitingAPatch).

The developers work must be done on a git branch synchronised with the official git master branch. During the process, the patches created must apply to the master branch without conflicts. The developers work must follow Koha official coding guidelines (http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Coding_Guidelines).

Integration of developers work in BULAC Koha instance will be done by the BULAC. Monitoring the new functionnality in the Koha developpement workflow will be done by the BULAC. Translation in french will also be handled by the BULAC.
