Dear Galen,

Thank you for your interest to know my problem.
I logged in using Google ID.
When I click on edit/discussion button, a dialog box appears and ask to save a file.

I tried many browsers, no hope.
But I can edit other edit options inside the page.

Could you advise as to the nature of the technical issue that is
preventing you from making changes on the wiki?  If the issue turns
out to be on the wiki's end, we can fix that.
