Thank you guys,

I am the only one has root access to the server. All our librarian has user access via admin panel to the system. So they contacted me the other day and said they they search the system, they get search results, but when they click on the result they get erro 404,
Then I just did what any simple guys do, I went to Koha IRC and asked the community, everyone said, STOP, RESTART, and REINSDEX Koha, and I did this

Stop Zebra for named Koha instances.
# koha-stop-zebra library
run command
# koha-start-zebra library
and then
# sudo koha-rebuild-zebra -f -v  library

Then after an hour I searched, and now I do not get any results at all.

We use MARC21, and I can see in the admin

It isn't but that is not how you reindex with packages, the packages
provide commands to reindex that make sure it is run with the correct
permissions. (You can have multiple Koha instances easily on a
packaged install)

So running the rebuild_zebra.pl command by hand will most likely
result in screwing up the permissions.

With a lot more information someone could, what exact version of Koha
are they running, what flavour of MARC, has someone changed the
frameworks? etc
