I was wondering if someone could give me some feedback on “Bug 28457 - cleanup_database.pl self-registration options are not configurable” (https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=28457)

I like the patch I wrote there, but I wanted to see what other people thought before running it locally.
