I see that the 'textmessaging' field lin the borrowers table is now being used to store personal messages which will appear in the OPAC when a user logs in. This is new, right? Was the textmessaging field used for something different in the past? -- Owen ---- Web Developer Nelsonville Public Library http://www.athenscounty.lib.oh.us

It was supposed to appear in OPAC ;-) (unless Katipo tells me that i'm wrong. But I think it was useless) -- Paul POULAIN Consultant indépendant en logiciels libres responsable francophone de koha (SIGB libre http://www.koha-fr.org)

Just checking - that isn't the field for storeing wether or not a person has an SMS phone and wants their notices "text messaged" - SMS to them? Chris is away for another week, but I know we did some work on SMS, that involved needing to "say" wether a cell phone could get text messages or not... Cheers Rachel
