Ive changed the directory structure a bit, to make installing less painful (I hope). See what you think, if it meets with approval we can amend the INSTALL doc to reflect it.

I'm installing it now. At first blush, I think the intranet-html directory should be renamed to intra-html to match intra-cgi -- it may be confusing to have non-matching names as compared to opac-foo. thanks, -pate
