1.9.0 released next week
All in the title. The 1.9.0 should be released next week (friday probably). Won't contain acquisition/cataloguing separation, but many bugfixes from 1.3.3, and some improvements for marc import. should be a full "frenchified" version too (thx to french translation team :-) ) -- Paul POULAIN Consultant indépendant en logiciels libres responsable francophone de koha (SIGB libre http://www.koha-fr.org)
I know I've come in late in the game here, but has anyone written up a guide on how to get started on hacking Koha? My apologies if this already exists. I'm thinking of something that: - gives a brief bit of history - overview of the application - guide to the CVS tree - and plans for the future I know I've mentioned several times that I'd like to get involved in testing Koha, but I've had alot of trouble getting an idea of where the new development is being done, and the layout of CVS. Without these firmly in mind I wouldn't want to write any tests. //Ed On Fri, Jan 24, 2003 at 03:39:43PM +0100, paul POULAIN wrote:

I've written up some CVS documentation on the wiki: http://www.saas.nsw.edu.au/wiki/index.php?page=KohaProject Look for CvsLayout under the Developer's links. Nick, this might be worth adding to the developer's section of the manual? Steve. On Fri, 24 Jan 2003, Ed Summers wrote:

Steve: thanks for posting this. Is the wiki roadmap [1] still accurate. I've heard bits and pieces about the "great reorg" and I guess I'm wondering what this will entail. //Ed [1] http://www.saas.nsw.edu.au/wiki/index.php?page=KohaRoadmap On Fri, Jan 24, 2003 at 09:53:32AM -0800, Tonnesen Steve wrote:
