Same as with Zebra mode - in the biblioitems table for bibs and auth_header for authorities.

Zebra: back up the MySQL database, filesystem containing Koha code and templates, and filesystem containing the Zebra index files. NoZebra: back up the MySQL database and the filesystem containing the Koha code and templates; the index is stored in the nozebra database table.
