We have a problem with the editing of Bibliographic Records. When clicking on Edit record an additional (empty) author field and title field are added. The record can then not be saved if this fields stay empty. Is this a known issue? We have done an upgrade about 2 months ago. I suspect the problem was introduced with the upgrade. Thanks

I really need help with this. I need to know if anyone has experienced this problem? Currently I had to switch off the 'mandatory' flags on 100 a, 245 a, and 942 c, as a workaround. We upgraded to koha-3.00.01-stable.
