What have the koha developers added to 2.3 this week? hdl added branch selection and filter for budgets and funds. hellen updated default/de templates joshferraro added a way for patrons to view their reading record from their account, moved branches and branchcodes into a TMPL_LOOP, sorted the branches alphabetically and ported some reservation code from 2.2 oleonard ported some npl template changes from 2.2, updated to support joshferraro's changes, added purchase links to search results, fixed bugs.
