Zebra : left truncation and left+right truncation with ICU
Hello Since dec. 2012, the new version of Zebra (2.0.53) has fix the support of @attr 5=2, @attr 5=3 for ICU records. http://www.indexdata.com/zebra/doc/NEWS This could be a good news for people using ICU, for example French libraries. When Koha is installed, I don't know if a specific version of Zebra is installed with it, or if it is the last available version of Zebra. Could you tell me how it works? If it is not the last available version, it could be interesting to install 2.0.53 version, so we could support @attr 5=2, @attr 5=3. But maybe some changes must also be made to Koha's code for taking advantage of this bugfix? Regards, M. It will be the last available version, unless it's a package-based installation and there is a restriction on the koha-common package metadata. At the moment, there is no such restriction.
