Question about QA team = retired RMs have proven that they have the skills to QA patches. So, couldn't we say that they are members of the QA team? --Paul Poulain<http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/User:Paul_Poulain> 04:30, 13 March 2013 (EDT)
I would say: Just apply, no hidden members :) Marcel

Agreed. Obviously, it would be rather unlikely that we wouldn't want a retired RM to do QA, but it helps to know who to bug about it when the QA queue gets large. ;) Regards, Galen -- Galen Charlton Manager of Implementation Equinox Software, Inc. / The Open Source Experts email: gmc@esilibrary.com direct: +1 770-709-5581 cell: +1 404-984-4366 skype: gmcharlt web: http://www.esilibrary.com/ Supporting Koha and Evergreen: http://koha-community.org & http://evergreen-ils.org

I would not support an automatic inclusion of former RMs in the QA team, but I can understand why others might. As the current RM, I suppose the proper thing to do is simply recuse myself from this question, so I will offer this commentary on it: whether or not I am declared a member of the QA team ex officio, I will not have time to volunteer for the 3.14 release release team.
