By default, the logfile is in /var/log/koha/. If you changed the directory during install, the directory will be set in /etc/koha.conf (kohalogdir variable). You can also try this: cd intranet/scripts/z3950daemon/ su apache ./processz3950queue Then you should see the output directly on your console.
