I just can't get a working sgml docbook toolchain here, so I've converted kohadoc.sgml to xml so I can use the docbook-xsl stylesheets with xsltproc. I've put the file and a sample of the html output on my gopher (URL below) if you want to look at it. I think I botched the upload to the doc manager.
