Thanks for helping with this. A tarball of the dokuwiki data directory can be downloaded. from http://wiki.koha.org/lib/exe/fetch.php?media=koha-wiki-20090716.tar.gz. Because Dokuwiki changed how it logs page changes, you'll have to parse both changes.log and individual page logs to get the complete picture.
