It's affecting every version of Koha (e.g. 17.05, 18.11) Template::Plugin::Filter version is 1.38 (Template is version 2.28 which appears to be the most recent version from October 2018). It seems to happen for every URL hit on OPAC or Staff Client. "Reference is already weak at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.26.1/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/Template/Plugin/Filter.pm line 68" Based on that link you sent, it looks like a spurious warning from Template::Plugin::Filter then. If you're not seeing it, I imagine it must be a bug in versions newer than 2.22. Thanks for following up with me!
