Encumbrance and Expenditure in Acquisition manual
Hello In http://manual.koha-community.org/3.10/en/acqadmin.html#funds I read : "Encumbrance ?? Expenditure ??" Could somebody tell me if these 2 features are working ? And what are they supposed to do ? M.
