Hi, In an effort to keep the installer localizations synchronized between 3.0.x and HEAD, I have cherry-picked the Russian and Ukrainian installer SQL scripts from 3.0.x to master and applied Andrei's recent patches. The Russian SQL scripts now load without error, although the Ukrainian ones currently have some breakage. Also, at the moment the ru-RU and uk-UA system preferences are not completely synchronized with the current set of 3.2 sysprefs.
