I could not confirm this. Can you give examples of what you deleted from the sample data?

Fixed bug. Note that there is only one illustrator in the sample data (Ann Blades).

Mea culpa. This is fixed now. I was looking for printcirculationslips=1 in /etc/koha.conf instead of the systempreferences table. Big whoops. :) Steve.
