Hi, I intend to branch 3.14.x some time next week -- let's say Wednesday -- to allow passed-QA patches to continue to flow onto master, and I'll cherry-pick onto 3.14.x patches suitable for inclusion in the general release of 3.14.0 -- in other words, bugfixes that don't change strings. For the sake of simplicity, I will hold off on pushing any patches that add a DB revision until after 3.14.0 is released (unless, of course, one is needed to fix a release blocker).
