release of Koha 16.11.00 was announced on November 23rd.

Koha 16.11.00 is a major release, that comes with many new features.
It includes 6 new features, 246 enhancements, 410 bugfixes.
It is recommended to wait for a couple of maintenance releases before upgrading.
As you know there is a maintenance release on or about the 22 of each month. The recommended instalment method is from Debian packages or contact your Koha services provider.
