Hi everyone,

Can anyone tell me if the following messages:  'connection timeout to z3950cat.bl.uk' and 'connection failed to unicorn.nhm.ac.uk' may be due to changes set up to protect data since the cyber incident the British Library sustained in October 2023?

I'm not sure if it's password related but if so, I believe we can't change passwords associated with their services because their services remain unavailable.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
