Hi Anita,

It looks like the Linux server that is hosting your Koha has a corrupted boot partition which is preventing it from loading correctly. This can occur due to a number of reasons, the most common of which is a power outage while writing data to the hard disk.

Your best course of action would be to remove the hard disk from this server and plug it into another to backup your Koha database(s). It may be possible to repair your installation of Ubuntu (the operating system) on this server but I can see from the image attached that it appears to be a version of it that is quite out of date, and as such, a fresh install may be a more prudent course of action.

Is your Koha installation of a similar age? If so, a data migration from the backup of your old installation may be required for use in a more modern version.
