I just upload new versions of the fr-CA files.

Basically, they are the same as fr-FR but the staff file which was adapted to the french canadian language.

Fred Capovilla: are you working on updating the files on your side too ?

Could you coordinate with Eric Béguin? It seems he's about to upload
files. But I don't know for which version it is.
