Hi,

I am glade to notify you folk that Chinese translation of Koha Manual
3.16 has been done few minutes ago after one month torture.

However, I skipped Q_gpl.po because there are two unofficial Chinese
translation of GNU GPL v.3 at
http://www.chinasona.org/gnu/gnuv3-tc.html and
http://wiki.debian.org.hk/w/GPLv3.

I presume they all base on earlier GNU GPL v.2 Chinese translation,
http://www.linux.org.tw/CLDP/OLD/doc/GPL.html

see http://translate.koha-community.org/zh-Hans-TW/man316/

I need someone's help compile into HTML, ODT, PDF format.
