after some glitches on the translation server, we are online again, and with important news!!

Koha 3.14 is in alpha-1 !!! 

I created a new project to host it's translation files.

There is a new file, xx-YY-opac-bootstrap.po. As it's based on prog opac file, there are not too much strings to translate.

But in general, there are a lot of work to do as in any major release.

These are not the final files, and I will update them following Release Manager ... releases :)

So expect changes (could be a little more strings).

I fixed on all files endind whitespaces, but there are translation files with problems, the list below shows languages with unconsistent %s count.

Please, try to fix them.

I have some problems with some languages files, I'll fix them.

Today we begin string freeze so tonight I will update files for 3.12, 3.10 and 3.8
