Hi all ,

as you know , we've started translating koha into Arabic from " version 3.6" 

and we've completed the process on koha 3.8 .

Now ! 

We are going to translate and review koha 3.10(=89%)  and koha 3.12  (=86%)

we will spend long time on reviewing the old strings not just the new ones, so we need to do the following : 

1- review and translate koha 3.10 ( we will do this ) to make Arabic more reliable

2- when we finished the work on  3.10  . Update po templates for koha 3.12 (from the reviewed  3.10 )  (need help about this from you ) 

3- complete translating of 3.12 (we will do this ) 

so before we start on (3.10) can you tell us that this is possible (the 2nd point ) (if we have to do this in some way please guide us ) 

One more thing : 

 I need the permissions on koha 3.10 and 3.12 (for Arabic ) as that I have on koha 3.6 and 3.8
