Do you have any idea of how big 17.05 translation changes are?

at this moment and using a complete 16.11 translation (ej Arabic, German, Italian, Spanish)

I find ~80 untranslated and ~170 fuzzy strings, ~5000 words approximately.

Not too much for a new release.
