Hello koha-ers! 

I've started an italian translation of the Koha 3.10 manual, I think it could be useful to share the work with the community as the task goes on. 

I don't have the rights to create a branch for it on Pootle though - if it gets the approval and someone could create it, I will happily upload what I have translated so far.
