That patch had strings that don't have any translations because it was pushed to the maintenance branches at the last minute due to Covid-19.

Translation files for 19.11 and 19.05 have been updated to reflect the strings contained in the bug referenced by Joy.

If you are in a hurry you can translate them for your language, then download and replace the files in your install, and finally update your translation.
