Hi while Im Translating I found strange words like this : 

Annen type gjenstand

it is not in English , 

in French or other Latin Languages the translator do not change these words , but in Arabic can we change it ? 

 the pofilter tests in French  for these words is  : unchanged

But in Arabic there is no pofilter tests for the same part
