I opened Bug 14030 [1] to add Georgian language, please

take a look and tell me if you agree with it

If it's ok, I'll add Georgian to 3.18 on translation server

but will not add that language to the release until it's pushed

by the release maintainer.

But you can begin the translation, just send me your pootle username
