UTF-8 or ISO-Latin-1 or ISO-Latin-15 ?
What is the working character set for Koha? I see a lot in ISO-Latin-1/-15, but think that UTF-8 might be a better start. For instance, it's iso-8859-15, you're right. UTF-8 would be better, you're probably right too.
